What OMB stands for

  1. Outstanding

    Optimal protection

Injected high-density PU foam keeps knocks and big temperature swings away from your instrument. On the outside, water-repellent Cordura fabric shields it.

  2. Momentum

    Lightweight without compromise

Two padded backpack straps, adjustable and detachable, plus a sturdy carry handle. The double cases for saxophones also roll on wheels.

  3. Breakthrough

One line for the whole orchestra

Currently 22 cases in one design language – from flute to bass trombone, with more already in development. One section, one look.

Details that matter on the move

Take a backpack case: everything you see has a job to do.

  1. Padded carry handle

Contoured and easy to grip – for short walks and quick changes.

  2. Accessory pocket

Rigid front pocket for mouthpiece, reeds, care kit and odds and ends.

  3. Large front pocket

With a tough mesh panel for everything you need close at hand.

  4. Side mesh pocket

For your water bottle on the way to rehearsal, for example.

  5. Outer shell

Water-repellent Cordura fabric over rigid PU foam.

  6. Padded back

Optimally padded for comfortable carrying – with an extra accessory pocket on the back.

A backpack outside, a case inside

Three layers sit between your instrument and the outside world.

  1. Outer shell

Water-repellent Cordura fabric. Resists abrasion – water beads off instead of soaking in.

  2. Padding

Injected high-density PU foam. Holds its shape, absorbs knocks and buffers large temperature changes.

  3. Lining

Soft velvet lining that is gentle on lacquer and delicate finishes.

Why temperature matters: Wooden instruments such as the clarinet and oboe are sensitive to rapid changes in temperature – from a cold winter evening into a warm rehearsal room, for example. The dense foam slows that change down.
